The upstairs master with King bed features a private bathroom and large walk-in closet, and surround-sound DVD system. The lower master suite with King bed features a double-sided fireplace, a sitting area with queen pull-out couch, large closets, private bathroom, and Flat Plasma TV/DVD system. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and bedrom #4 has a queen bed plus trundle day bed. Each room has its own TV/DVD. The den (room #5) has a beautiful leather pull-out sofa sleeper with TV/DVD system.

The unique floorplan provides a wide-open "great-room", so guests can be together and enjoy each other whether eating, cooking, playing pool, watching a movie or playing games. The living room has a flat plasma screen surround sound home theater system as well as a beautifull billiards table. The great room features floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors which lead out to the spacious deck and brand-new oversized jacuzzi.

The home is just a short walk to the lifts at Little Eagle/Juniper Springs Lodge as well as the 18 hole golf course at Sierra Star. Other activities in the area include tennis, hiking, cross-country skiing, sledding, or mountain-biking right from the property. This is a non-smoking home.
