The Village Area

The new Village area in Mammoth Lakes is where visitors can enjoy access to social and resort activities with easy access to Canyon Lodge via the new Village Gondola which shuttles skiers and snowboarders through the air with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The Village itself features shopping, restaurants, bars and more - all just steps away. Featured businesses include the Ski Surgeon (rental equipment), Lakanuki (nightclub), Bergers (best hamburger in town), and of course plenty of boutique shopping and a Starbucks. Those looking for Mammoth vacation rentals in The Village will find three hotel-like lodging establishments in the Village proper, White Mountain Lodge, Lincoln House and Grand Sierra Lodge. While these offer resort-style amenities, those looking for a great location but more affordable mammoth vacation rentals prefer Val D'Isere, Mammoth Estates, Helios, San Sierra and other condominium communities that are just a short walk from the Village.

DIRECTIONS: To get to The Village from Highway 203, turn right at the second stoplight onto Minaret Road and the Village is on the left hand side...you can't miss it!
